Transformational Barre and Stretch (INS)

This class capitalizes on the two most powerful conditioning components of Ballet: barre and stretch. The class begins with a half hour of tightening and toning the muscles using the systematic methods of ballet barre warmup. In the second half hour, the class progresses to a floor stretch to lengthen the muscles after strengthening them. Truly a transformational experience, barre work can seem easy and simple, but it's a powerhouse; your body will work hard and the effects will alter the way your body looks and moves - Don't just exercise for better health, exercise for beauty.
