This hour long conditioning class concentrates on toning the entire body and increasing your muscular endurance. You will begin with a short warm-up to get the blood flowing, then follow it with a variety of exercises, from free weights to calisthenics to cardio movement. All designed to help you get a total body workout. Whether you want to improve your stamina as a dancer or athlete, or simply help keep your body in tip-top shape, this class taught by Helen will definitely leave you both exhausted and energized, ready to tackle the rest of your day.
