Cardio Hip Hop at it's finest. There is no better full body workout than dance, and nothing more enjoyable. Burn serious calories as you move to ambient hip hop funk remixes... you'll leave the class a little bit lighter - in every regard. Taught by Elaina Whitehead, the class begins with 15 minutes of comprehensive warm up and conditioning, including intensive abdominal work. The remaining 45 minutes is all dance. The routines are simple and easy to follow in order to maximize cardiovascular benefits. New to dance? Just starting out? Try this.
