Abs-clusive (Conditioning)

This 30 minute workout intensive will focus exclusively on your abs. You will tone, condition and strengthen your core using different techniques with proper alignment and breathing strategies which will accelerate the benefits of this workout. Strong abominal muscles far exceed the (obvious) esthetic: balance, necessary for dance, is improved and the spine is held in perfect posture. The intensity level of this class depends on you and how strong you are. To work at your threshold, you must pace yourself accordingly. The music is fun and uplifting so you'll be done in no time....This class is for all levels and for anyone who wants to have strong, sexy abs! Taught by Eva. P.S. Sandwich this class between Latin Jazz or Arabian Beat (11:30-12:30) and Stretch (1:00-2:00), and you've taken the Dance 101 Challenge: The Perfect and Complete Saturday Workout.
