MechaniX (INS) Level 3

There comes a time in your dance journey in which you are ready to work on the subtleties. You have mastered the basics and you're ready to layer on the polish. Technique comes more naturally and you know that if you could get out of your head and tap into your passion for dance, you would dance in the "Zone" because both these elements would merge. There is nothing more joyful, nor more satisfying for a dancer than to dance in the Zone. If you've been there, you know. It's when you disappear into the music, your body takes over and your mind is empty. How do you get out of your head and into your heart? The mind must feel completely safe in the body's knowledge of technique. This requires solid technical analysis and direction. If this interests you, you should take this class.
