Dancer's Stretch and Conditioning for Beginners

For those of you who would enjoy a gentler version of our signature Dancer's Stretch and Conditioning, this class is still an intense conditioning class, but, for example, more emphasis is placed on developing your splits rather than doing them repeatedly. The stretches are more like yoga, but to the same high energy music. This class includes 8 minutes of solid abdominal work, 5 minutes of back strengthening and spinal alignment, 5 minutes of straddles in second position coupled by deep hamstring stretches; this class will condition and stretch every muscle you have. With regular attendance, the results will impress you. Not only will it change the way your body moves, but you will also become a stronger, more controlled dancer.Taught by Monique Latalladi.
