Cardio BellyDance is a joyful and rhythmic body workout. Come burn calories; develop and tone precise muscle groups (especially the strong core abdonminal muscles used for isolations). Shake off stress and transform the tempo of your life, as you dance to high-Energy Middle Eastern Techno music. Discover muscles you never knew existed! Move in ways you never thought possible! The class begins with stretching exercises, gradually increasing the tempo to a full workout then decreasing the tempo to a relaxing state. Taught by Christine Zaarour.
