Essentially Lyrical Jazz (INS) Level 4

A fantastic companion class to Jazz Barre at 7pm, if you are an intermediate jazz student, take Jazz Barre then stay and apply the technique you've learned to beautifully inspiring Lyrical Jazz. Come and lose yourself in the music and let the movement take you away from the outside world as you step barefoot into lyrical jazz with Casey Noblett. Class includes an intensive technical warm-up with focus on balance, core strength, and flexibility. Casey's training includes extensive modern, ballet and jazz training in NC and NYC and her style includes all three with turns, leaps and movements that inspire and excite. You will hear music that you know and love as well as some you have yet to love. It's an hour and a half of intense dance so come in and challenge yourself. It's guaranteed to make Mondays much more bearable!
