If you are ready to sweat, burn calories and have fun (and are sick of those dance workout videos), give Jazz Fitness a try! In Jazz Fitness, basic jazz technique will be taught within a dance, so the dancer never has to stop moving, for maximum calorie burn. You'll learn easy jazz choreography that is repetitive and broken down on both sides (no one-sided dancers here!). Before you know it, your heart rate will be up and you'll be dancing your way through a great workout. Your technique will improve while you have a great fitness experience.
