The only requirement for this class is energy! Discover Cardio Dance: a mixture of jazz, pop, hip-hop and funk, with non-stop movement that will grab hold of you and not let go. You'll build strength and endurance in an hour that will fly by! The class begins with a comprehensive warm-up peppered with body conditioning (including abs). Then you're off for 40-45 minutes of action-packed dancing that will kick your caloric burn into overdrive. All levels welcome. Bring a towel because you're gonna work! Taught by Jen Hughes.
