This class is a more eclectic approach to a traditional Pilate's mat class and will improve core strength, flexibility and posture. Helen brings almost thirty years of teaching experience to the mat with the ability to make a class flow magically.She has an enthusiasm that tends to be a bit contagious and believes in the "calm after the storm' always centering after the challenge. You will work every muscle group and leave class feeling you got a great workout and relaxed at the same time.This class is designed for all levels and if you are not in the best shape Helen's encouragement will always make you feel welcomed. If you are in great shape, come for a challenge
