A Dancer's Stretch

Acquire the flexibility of a dancer by stretching in the way dancers do. You don't need a background in dance to reap the benefits of this training. Following a brief warm up (to prepare your body for optimal results), this meditative and flowing stretch moves ever so slowly from one position to another like a beautiful dance. The stretch segment begins with restorative therapy to align the spine and lubricate the joints, then moves into more aggressive stretches which use breath to break through limitations.

Ballet Center will make you a stronger dancer because all balance and control originates from your center core. Acquire more power and notice how this training strengthens you in other genres: whether ballet, jazz, lyrical or contemporary.

You may break only a light sweat, but it's physical effects are tremendous. Not convinced? Take a look at professional ballerinas - believe us, they didn't get that way by going to the gym. This class capitalizes on Ballet center work, along with deep stretching and toning to give you the benefits of Ballet training without the tutu.
