Studio Rental
dance 101 is a stunning, state of the art professional dance studio with a long history of film, audition, rehearsal and event bookings.
Our 7,676sq ft space has 3 spacious private studios (rooms) with soaring 22 ft ceilings, concert grade audio equipment and sprung dance floors (to protect dancers from injury).
We regularly provide space to support the biggest cast demands.

Our studios and exterior facade are ideal scene locations for TV and film, most recently found in BET's celebrated film: American Soul (the story of Soul Train).
Centrally and conveniently located within the City of Atlanta and easily accessible to major film studios in town, dance 101 studios is at The Point, a high end retail/residential development.
Hotel accommodations available within walking distance, as well as restaurants and other retail.
Our Atlanta Studio Rental Options
Our pristine open air spaces accommodate the most demanding talent requirements. Each studio features sprung sub flooring built on a 2x4 grid with rubber padding; 8 ft tall wall mounted mirrors; industrial fans; multi-zone climate controls; acoustic sound panels; convenient Load In parking outside our front door; and 15 ft windows (through which we see some of the most spectacular crimson sunsets on the Atlanta skyline!)
Studio 1
1700 sf with Harlequin Fiesta Marley, which is ideal for sneakers, ballroom shoes, character and tap shoes. Quadraphonic sound system with subwoofer.
Studio 2
2268 sf with Harlequin Fiesta Marley. Two concert grade Evolve 50 Column Tower Speakers and subwoofer with bluetooth technology. Black-out window shades (not pictured here) offer complete privacy (and darkness) - if needed.
Studio 3
1450 sf with Harlequin Studio B Marley (ideal for ballet, pointe, barefoot, jazz/contemporary), Triphonic sound system with subwoofer. Outside windows are tinted in this studio offering daytime privacy while also allowing the sunlight in.

- All studios are equipped with bench seating (5'x3' portable tables and chairs are available upon request)
- Elkay Water fountain with bottle sensor
- Ample parking in secure, covered parking garage

- A very loveable studio dog named Rocket
COVID Precautions
We take our COVID precautions seriously and prioritize ways to mitigate risk to our clientele and teachers, including with:
- Brand new HVAC system with ionizers (heavy duty air cleaners) in ductwork to kill airborne bacteria and pollutants in the air
- Top of the line Molekule Air Purifiers with PECO technology (Photo Electrochemical Oxidation nanotechnology to destroy viruses, VOCs, allergens, bacteria & mold) in all 3 studios
- Hand sanitizer available throughout the studio
- Restrooms have sensor controlled faucets and light switches; toilets flush automatically
